We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NDA File Handler to join our counter-fraud team at Keoghs. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and preventing fraudulent insurance claims, working closely with our clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Run a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files on behalf of a cross-section of insurance clients.
- Work closely with sophisticated claims handlers acting without delegated authority.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and prevent new and emerging risks.
- Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of evidence throughout the life of the case.
- Identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases when appropriate.
- Report to insurer clients throughout the lifetime of the claim.
- Achieve the best possible results in litigation, protecting the client's position in relation to proceedings.
- Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler.
- Understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes, including indemnity principles.
- Knowledge of the litigation process and working knowledge of the CPR.
- Experience of time recording and billing systems.
