About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic Website Admin and Returns team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all orders meet customer expectations, while also processing associated returns and exchanges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze order progress to ensure delivery dates and deadlines are met
  • Notify customers of any delivery issues and update order details accordingly
  • Build strong relationships with branches and hold them accountable for order fulfillment
  • Update reports and circulate on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Handle incoming department post daily
  • Monitor V12 Finance agreement status and request payment where necessary
  • Process returns and exchanges from various channels
  • Ensure returned items meet quality standards for processing
  • Work closely with internal departments, such as Customer Services
  • Follow stock control processes and record/report processed volumes

Requirements
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a team
