ServiceNow Solution Lead:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Lead to join our team at Lorien. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global consultancy on a contract basis.

The primary objective of this role is to deploy, maintain and improve the ServiceNow Service Management platform used by the client to support its external customers and internal staff.

This includes analysing the impact of new requirements to deliver proactive IT Service Management and Operations through implementation, automation, integration, and management of primarily ITSM and ITOM related toolsets and environments.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge and expertise in processes, tools, and frameworks to improve overall quality, efficiency, and experience of services being delivered.

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of complex IT solutions that meet the business needs of the organisation.

You will also provide technical guidance to the development team to ensure the quality and integrity of the final solution.

A proven track record of designing and delivering complex IT solutions that meet business needs is essential for this role.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Experience working as a ServiceNow Application Architect, carrying out system maintenance and upgrades is also required.

Additionally, experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, CMDB, Performance Analytics and Reporting is necessary.

Demonstrable knowledge of Platform Integrations and data normalisation is also highly desirable.

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum.
