Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a passion for leading complex projects in the oil and gas industry. As a Results-Driven Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, and achieving strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and client specifications
  • Develop and implement effective project reporting and communication strategies
  • Liaise with design teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project deliverables meet expectations
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through contingency planning
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering collaborative projects on time and within budget
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the engineering industry and its best practices
  • Project management qualifications are not essential but preferred
