Senior Project Lead

Job DescriptionThis role is part of our Housing Management Contracted work, where you'll lead a team of Technical Officers to design and deliver major adaptations works. Your goal will be to drive service improvements that increase customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Improving residents' lives through service delivery and driving efficiencies
- Driving the service forward with your knowledge and experience
- Determining work priorities for your team by forecasting, performance measurement, and reporting
- Planning and scheduling work within cost limits and timescales, to an exceptional standard
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to and abiding by legal obligations
- Assessing progress and quality of works and preparing reports
We need a leader with excellent project delivery skills and a good understanding of technical works. Ideally, you have planned projects for a housing association. Other desirable qualities include:
- Experience in housing/asset management project delivery
- Background in surveying
- Line management experience
- Excellent communications and relationship-building skills
