About the School

The school provides a nurturing and supportive environment for students with special educational needs, and we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Learning Support Professional to join their team.

As a Learning Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting students to achieve their academic and personal goals. You will work closely with the teaching team to develop and implement tailored support plans, and will be responsible for providing individualised support to students in lessons and during break times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
