Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Student Progress Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant - Student Progress Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and young people, particularly those with Mild Learning Difficulties and Speech and Language difficulties. The role involves providing one-to-one support and guidance to students who require additional help to reach their full potential.

The successful applicant will work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement strategies to support student progress and well-being. This includes maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing regular feedback to parents and carers.

In addition, the SEN Teaching Assistant - Student Progress Coordinator will contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive learning environment, collaborating with other professionals to ensure effective support and provision for students with SEN.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology Graduate or individuals with a related field of study to gain practical experience and make a positive impact on the lives of students with SEN.
