We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Complaints Coordinator to join our EMEA team at our office in Egham, Surrey.

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the Corrective Actions system, researching quality data, and creating effective reporting to identify root causes of quality problems or failure analysis requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Corrective Actions system, ensuring that only recurring problems affecting quality, the environment, or service are assigned for investigation.
  • Assess and verify the effectiveness of responses from suppliers, outlining root cause analyses and preventive actions.
  • Manage Failure Analysis Requests and liaise with suppliers to arrange sample testing of defective parts.
  • Assist in preparation for ISO 9001, AS9120, and ISO audits as directed by manager.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Education to degree or diploma standard with knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001.
  • Ability to collate and analyze quality and environmental data and present in a professional manner.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills to ensure sustained operations in the department.
  • Responsibility for aspects of product compliance, mainly data management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the supplier base.
