Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage all incoming clinical mail using agreed protocols to ensure timely delivery to the appropriate person.
  • Communicate effectively with patients by telephone and in person, providing a high-quality service.
  • Supervise staff and associated duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Working Hours: Tuesday and Friday

Salary: Pro-rata, based on part-time hours
