Job Purpose: To provide exceptional reception and administrative services to patients, doctors, staff, colleagues, and health service professionals.

To proactively manage all incoming clinical mail using agreed protocols, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate person. Communicate effectively with patients via telephone and in person.

Responsibilities may include supervising staff and associated duties.
