Job Overview: As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and overseeing sales and operations in our Nottingham depot. You will have overall responsibility for the P&L, including used vehicle sales and HGV workshop operations. Your leadership will help mature and guide our team while maintaining a focus on operational excellence and high-performance standards.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team in Nottingham. You will need:

  • A proven track record in managing complex operations with quick turnaround times.
  • Commercial awareness and great business judgement.
  • Negotiation skills - maximising added value and profitability.
  • Influencing skills - internally with Alltruck stakeholders to manage the effective defleeting of vehicles and internal workshops.

What's Required: To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, experience in managing complex operations, and a commercial mindset. A Transport Management CPC qualification is desirable but not essential.
