About the Job

We are looking for a Retail Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver robust annual and longer-term strategies across e-commerce, merchandising, trading, supply chain, and in-store operation sales.
  • Grow and develop Ecommerce as the main driver of commercial retail growth.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure a comprehensive seasonal marketing plan is executed.

Requirements:

  • A solid background in commercial growth of a fast-moving multi-channel retail operation, ideally within football or elite sports.
  • Experience in creating product ranges and range development.
  • A natural leader of people and experience in growing a diverse and thriving team.
