Sales & Marketing Support Specialist - Luxury Architects

We are a forward-thinking architecture and interior design practice looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Support Specialist. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and following up fee proposals, converting quotations into projects, collating social media material, and managing our partner programme. You will also work closely with our founder, Kate, and the office manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, marketing, and project management. You will be working with a dynamic and supportive team who are passionate about creating dream homes that exceed expectations.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and methodical working methods
- Personable and sociable attitude with strong relationship-building skills
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn our project management software
- Knowledge of CRM software and preparing fee proposals
- Self-motivation with a strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- A strong interest in architecture and design
