An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to join our team in a leading hospital in Nottinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental illness and personality disorder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of nurses, contributing to their professional development and appraisal process.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Lead shifts and provide guidance to student nurses and other team members.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Understanding of care planning processes and clinical assessment tools.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and adaptability.
