Job Title: Experienced Flexographic Printer

Autajon Labels is a leading manufacturer of high-quality labels and packaging solutions. We are seeking an experienced flexographic printer to join our production team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate multi-colour flexo presses to produce high-quality labels and packaging materials.
  • Ensure quality, efficiency, and good housekeeping in the production area.
  • Troubleshoot issues with machinery or print quality to minimize downtime.
  • Relay information through specification sheets to ensure repeatable processes.
  • Meet daily productivity targets and ensure schedules are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery.
  • Work with the production manager to continually improve quality, processes, and production efficiencies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in flexographic printing, particularly printing labels and packaging.
  • Knowledge of embellishments such as rotary screen, hot foil, cold foil, and embossing.
  • Experience with Nilpeter Servo Press, Mark Andy, MPS, or similar equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of consistency and reliability to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Attention to detail and quality is essential in label production.
  • Pride in presentation and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
