Job Title: Experienced Flexographic Printer

Autajon Labels is a leading manufacturer of high-quality labels and packaging solutions. We are seeking an experienced flexographic printer to join our production team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate multi-colour flexo presses to produce high-quality labels and packaging materials
  • Ensure quality, efficiency, and good housekeeping in the production area
  • Troubleshoot issues with machinery or print quality to minimize downtime
  • Communicate effectively with the production team and other departments to ensure smooth production processes
  • Meet daily productivity targets and ensure that all orders are completed on time and in full
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to improve quality, processes, and production efficiencies
Requirements:
  • Experience in flexographic printing, particularly printing labels and packaging
  • Knowledge of embellishments such as rotary screen, hot foil, cold foil, and embossing
  • Experience with Nilpeter Servo Press, Mark Andy, MPS, or similar equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of consistency and reliability in production
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
