Main Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to the team, ensuring high-quality patient care and a positive working environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and team performance.
  • Collaborate with the Ward Sister to improve the ward's overall performance and patient experience.
  • Take responsibility for the leadership and supervision of the team, ensuring that all staff members are supported and developed to achieve their full potential.
