Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities within the Grid & Energy Storage sector.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for expanding our portfolio, including identifying new markets and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead business development efforts, including proposal writing, presentations, and negotiations.
- Represent Tony Gee and Partners at industry events and conferences to enhance our brand visibility and network with potential partners.
- Oversee project performance, ensuring that objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Proven experience in civil/structural design for National Grid infrastructure projects.
- Extensive knowledge of transmission and distribution network projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in Grid & Energy Storage projects, including substations, solar farms, and battery storage schemes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation.
