Job Title: Grid Connection Manager

At Statkraft, we're committed to making clean energy possible for over 125 years. As a Grid Connection Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of grid connection contracts, from initial development to final contracting and ongoing management of agreements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of grid connection strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Wind, Solar, Hydro, Greener Grid Parks, and Hydrogen development teams, to drive business development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Administer the application and modification processes for grid connection agreements, coordinating with internal teams, technical support, legal advisors, and Transmission Operators to meet strategic objectives.
  • Establish and promote best practices and governance across various functions, providing processes and systems to support development services activities.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all grid connections workflows, ensuring team members receive adequate training, development opportunities, responsibilities, and support to empower both the team and individual members to meet their goals.
  • Generate effective management information and reports for all internal stakeholders.
