Role Overview:

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced teaching support assistant to join a primary school in Tottenham. This long-term role involves providing one-on-one support to a pupil in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) who has an EHCP and is diagnosed with Autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised assistance to the EYFS pupil with Autism, ensuring they are fully supported throughout their daily activities and routines.
  • Implement and follow behaviour management strategies to help the pupil develop positive social interactions and stay focused during class.
  • Assist in adapting learning materials and activities to meet the specific needs of the pupil, ensuring they can participate and learn effectively.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Location: Primary school in Tottenham
