**Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant Role**

Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs?

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a lovely mainstream primary school in Hillingdon. The school has a fantastic Special Resource Provision which caters for children in EYFS - KS2 who have been diagnosed with ASC, ADHD, Down's Syndrome and SEMH.

As an Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for leading play-based activities, developing social skills and building confidence in children with special educational needs.

**Responsibilities:**

* Communicate with families, social workers and therapy teams
* Lead play-based activities to develop social skills and build confidence
* Use your initiative to respond calmly in challenging situations

**Requirements:**

* Passion for working with young people with special educational needs

* £80-100 per day, depending on the role and your experience
