Future Education is seeking a qualified Reception Teacher to join our team in Kingston upon Thames. As a member of our vibrant community, you will inspire young minds and foster a love for learning.

About the Role

This full-time position offers an estimated salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and school leadership.
  • Implement and adhere to the school's policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's continuous improvement.
  • Organise and participate in extracurricular activities, such as school events and parent meetings.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching in a Reception class or Early Years setting.
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources to enhance learning.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with current educational practices.

Familiarity with special educational needs (SEN) and inclusive education practices is highly desirable.
