Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Supervisor/Team Leader to join our team at Bartlett Mitchell. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer experience is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the client reception team regarding all bookings and booking updates.
  • Host a lounge service in our exec lounge.
  • Set meeting rooms to required standards.
  • Deliver all food and beverage requirements.
  • Responsible for all food & health & safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Hospitality Supervisor within contract catering, hotels or fine dining brasserie.
  • Food Safety at Level 2 and Health & Safety at Level 2 certificates.
