About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join our team at Macgregor Black. As a key member of our digital retail team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of brands and their top listings on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
- You will own an account/category within our digital retail platform and be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles.
- You will use data analytics and insights to inform business decisions and drive account performance.
- You will work closely with our channel controller to measure actuals vs. plan and react to ensure targets are achieved.
- You will draw insights and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement strategic objectives.
- You will be responsible for continual UX adjustments and AB testing to drive conversion.
- You will support sales operations with forecasting and delivery of internal management plans.
- You will work with commercial finance to manage commercial agreement submissions and actualisation.
- You will support accounts receivable to safeguard and coordinate finance claims processes.
Requirements
- Amazon account management experience is essential.
- Consumer electronics or housewares experience is preferred but not essential.
- High-level analytical skills and the ability to share insights and lessons.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial acumen and a good understanding of P&L management.
- Ability to build and lead external customer and internal cross-functional relationships.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
