Job Opportunity

FMCG Exec is seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join their team. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for managing ecommerce customers across the company's biggest customer groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive ecommerce growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and commercial team to develop the broader market ecommerce strategy
  • Support the digital transformation of the company's ecommerce platform
  • Lead change and drive innovation in ecommerce practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce customers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ecommerce and commercial strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Customer-centric approach with a strong service orientation
  • Ability to lead change and drive innovation
  • Experience in consumer goods is essential

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000

  • Hybrid working arrangement: once a month in HQ in South London
