Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our E-commerce team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing our largest ecommerce customers and developing strategic relationships to drive business growth.

About the Role

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will work closely with our Head of Sales and commercial team to develop and execute our ecommerce strategy. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, identifying opportunities for growth and developing plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with our largest ecommerce customers
  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive business growth
  • Work closely with the commercial team to develop and implement sales plans
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve business objectives
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the commercial team on customer activity and sales performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Senior Key Account Manager or equivalent role
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry is essential
  • Commercial strategy experience would be ideal, but not essential
  • Able to lead change and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive experience in ecommerce, with a strong understanding of digital commerce
  • Customer-centric with a strong service orientation
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

What We Offer
