Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Product Analyst/Developer to join our System Development team in Gloucester. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the analysis, development, and maintenance of our insurance platform, Iplus. Your expertise will be essential in delivering business priorities, supporting new projects, and product transfers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuration, customization, and analysis of the insurance platform
  • Collaboration with IT and Data teams, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders
  • Liaison with suppliers and customers, including presenting on areas of expertise
  • Interpreting complex business requirements and defining solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Evidence of experience with product building, pricing structures, and layout
  • Ability to be flexible, take on new skills, and work effectively in a human-centric environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience of communicating up to senior levels
  • Programming skills, with knowledge of Java, RPG, or Python desirable
