Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a range of benefits, including:

Job Description
As a Transformational Geography Leader, your core duties will encompass:
- Developing and Executing Strategies: Designing and implementing strategies to enhance teaching and learning in Geography.
- Curriculum Planning: Creating and delivering engaging Geography curricula that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Professional Development: Mentoring colleagues and providing coaching to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Cultivating a Positive Learning Environment: Fostering a culture of excellence and promoting student engagement through inspiring lessons and experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We're seeking an exceptional candidate with:
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
- Experience in Co-Educational Comprehensive Schools.
- Degree in the Relevant Subject.
- Commitment to Extra-Curricular and Enrichment Provision.
- Proven Track Record of Successful Strategies for Raising Achievement.
