Senior Improvement Strategist

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a Senior Improvement Strategist to lead on the improvement strategy for the service, challenging and informing the vision and values for Children’s Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and timely delivery of key external assessments, such as Ofsted inspections, peer reviews, and other key priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing complex transformational change and improvement projects, working collaboratively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Producing and presenting evidence-based reports to gain support and decision-making on various projects and/or service improvements.
- Preparing submissions for external bids and grants, and overseeing the financial governance of project implementation.
- Contributing to the operational management and strategies development of the wider service as a member of the Children’s Service Management Team.
- Assisting and deputising for the Assistant Director of Children’s Services, and providing cover for other Head of Service roles as appropriate.
