We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in a specialist manufacturing environment. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production, organizing workflows, and ensuring the smooth operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day production in a specialist manufacturing environment
  • Organize all workflows, in and out, in line with clients' expectations and the company's targets
  • Manage staff and liaise with other teams in the company to ensure the smooth operations of the business
  • Be aware of and assist the QA team on all Quality Assurance matters

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role, specifically managing operations in a manufacturing environment
  • CAD/Technical Drawing experience to ensure outputs match the clients' requirements, and to potentially update documentation as required
  • Previous staff management experience would be ideal

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
  • Paid overtime
  • Year-end bonus after a year's service
