Job Title: Regional Finance Director

Cedar is seeking an experienced Regional Finance Director to join our team in West London. As a key member of our European leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance across 6 territories within the European region with combined revenues of c£350m.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and drive all aspects of financial performance across the European region
  • Influence local FDs and finance teams to drive improvements in insight and reporting
  • Partner with local MDs and operational heads to advise on improved business performance and understanding
  • Encourage innovation and share best practice across the region
  • Provide performance management consultancy and guidance to GMs
  • Key involvement in investment plans and M&A activity across the region
  • Set and drive the approach to long term planning and forecasting
Requirements:
  • An ambitious and experienced finance professional with an impressive track record of delivery across a medium to large sized international business
  • Demonstrable background of driving improvements across various areas of finance
  • Commercially minded and genuinely interested in how a business operates
  • Significant amount of emotional intelligence and proven influencing skills
  • An additional European language would be an advantage
