We are looking for a highly skilled Functional Assessor to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a clinical professional, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of clients' functional capacity and providing detailed reports.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of one year's experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic, with full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) and a valid PIN. You will also need to possess strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

A competitive salary of £43,000 is available, based on your level of experience and location in GB. This includes a starting salary of £38,500 - £41,500, with additional bonuses such as 5% retention bonus and up to 10% for quality and retention, resulting in an estimated total earnings of £45,650.

In addition to a generous salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave, reimbursement for registration fees, paid day off for volunteering, and access to the Headspace app for you and up to 5 family members or friends.
