In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments for the government's disability allowance (PIP) while ensuring a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for claimants.

The Role: As a Medical Assessment Specialist, you will work closely with our team to manage caseloads from start to finish, delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports. You will assess a wide range of health conditions and disabilities affecting claimants, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.

What You Will Gain:

  • Full-time and part-time working hours available.
  • 12 weeks full-time training or 14 weeks 4-day week training or 17 weeks 3-day week training.
