As a Clinical Assessment Specialist with Donard Recruitment, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, unbiased assessments that ensure a personalised, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for each service user.

About the Role:

  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports
  • Manage caseloads from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality service for each client
  • Assess a wide range of health conditions and disabilities, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments

What You'll Need:

  • Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
  • 1+ years post-qualification experience
  • Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions
  • Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy

Your Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500 + 5% retention bonus + rising to 10% quality & retention bonus (OTE: £45,650)
  • Full-time and part-time working hours available
  • Training options: 12 weeks (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week) & 17 weeks (3 days per week)
