Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at C&C Group plc. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for managing various tasks, including preparing and printing paperwork for picking, loading, and shipping manifests.
You will efficiently confirm load completion and shipping within our Red Prairie system and provide support for warehouse operatives when necessary. Conducting physical inventory checks, managing employee attendance and sickness records, and maintaining detailed spreadsheets are part of your regular duties.
You will also handle tasks like coordinating return-to-work interviews, managing agency staff information, and organizing employee meetings. Additionally, you are responsible for raising purchase orders, matching invoices, and ensuring all records are systematically filed and updated.
Your role includes assisting with recruitment interviews, supporting shift managers during investigations, and taking minutes during disciplinary or capability meetings.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in similar roles and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems. You should be calm under pressure and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively and keep operations running smoothly.
