Job Title: CDM Consultant

The Role

As a CDM Consultant, you will play a key role in leading meetings, managing all design safety risk for the portfolio you manage. You will be supported by a team of CDM Advisors, Architects, and Fire Risk Assessors. This is a client-facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in CDM roles.
  • Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
