Job Title: CDM Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CDM Consultant to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a CDM Consultant, you will play a key role in managing design safety risk for our clients and ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead meetings and manage design safety risk for assigned projects
  • Collaborate with a team of CDM Advisors, Architects, and Fire Risk Assessors to deliver technical solutions
  • Develop and implement effective design safety strategies to minimize risk
  • Provide expert advice on CDM regulations and best practices

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience in CDM roles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
