Exciting Opportunity for a CDM Consultant

Brandon James Ltd, a dynamic and ambitious architectural practice, is seeking a highly skilled CDM Consultant to join their expanding team. As a key member of the CDM department, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the business and contributing to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead meetings and manage design safety risk for assigned portfolios
  • Collaborate with a team of CDM Advisors, Architects, and Fire Risk Assessors to deliver technical solutions
  • Develop and implement effective design safety strategies to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction qualification (required)
  • At least 1 year of experience in CDM roles
  • Design degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or Surveying (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
