Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Manager for the Retail & Manufacturing practice at Telefónica Tech UK&I (Business Applications), you will work closely with the Practice Director to secure opportunities with new prospects and within existing allocated accounts, driving continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities to support and deliver future growth
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with allocated and prospect accounts
  • Uncover and effectively articulate customer pains and desired outcomes to design the most appropriate solutions
  • Present solutions that deliver business value for customers
  • Facilitate customer proposal production
  • Follow sales governance to ensure quality and manage risk
  • Maintain accurate real-time information on opportunities to enable effective forecasting and planning

Requirements

  • Experience in a commercial function within a technology organisation selling SaaS Software, CRM, ERP, Cloud technologies solutions
  • Deep knowledge of selling D365 solutions highly desirable
  • Deep Retail & Manufacturing industry knowledge and experience in solution selling into these markets
  • Ability to operate in a target-oriented environment and thrive in a customer-facing role
  • Experience within the Microsoft technology channel
