About the Role

The Head of Finance will be responsible for:

  • Financial Reporting
    • Deliver consolidated monthly management accounts with analysis and commentaries
    • Prepare statutory reports and tax work
    • Act as the primary point of contact for audit
  • Commercial Finance / FP&A
    • Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and planning
    • Develop and analyze financial and non-financial KPIs
  • Process Implementation
    • Support international expansion, including setting up new entities
    • Continuously improve processes and controls, leveraging technology to automate
    • Enhance the tech stack
  • Team Management
    • Lead a global finance team, including a Financial Controller in London and local accountants in operational regions

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A recognized accounting qualification and relevant PQE in a high-growth technology scaleup with international operations
  • Experience as a Head of Finance or Finance Director, with a strong business partnership track record
  • Excellent team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor a global finance team
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with a strong analytical and mathematical approach
