About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our EM&I team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer service at our sewage treatment works. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective operation of plant, machinery, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance work, including small installation projects on our water recycling centres.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring the effective operation of plant, machinery, and equipment.
  • Conduct fault finding, fault diagnosis, and fault resolution.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvements across the area.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A time-served Electrical Technician qualification, with competence in three-phase and single-phase power and control systems.
  • City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or a time-served Electrical Apprenticeship.
  • Excellent health and safety awareness and IT literacy.
  • A valid UK driving licence, as regular travel around various sites within our region is required.
