Job Title: Medical Reception Coordinator

Kestral Computing Pty invites applications for a part-time Medical Reception Coordinator position at our Kingswood site. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-quality ultrasound services to women.

About Us:

We are Sydney's leading ultrasound imaging centre of excellence, operating across four sites. Our practice provides premium ultrasound services in a sensitive and caring environment.

Job Description:

  • Patient scheduling and inquiry management
  • Document generation and maintenance
  • Administrative support and coordination
  • Effective collaboration with medical staff and specialists
  • Contributing to delivering excellent patient outcomes

This role requires a commitment of 2 days per week, starting ASAP. Free onsite parking is available.

Requirements:

  • A caring and empathetic approach with a patient-centric focus
  • Ability to manage workload in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborative attitude and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships
  • Minimum 2-3 years recent receptionist experience in medical imaging or a medical field
  • Prior experience with Karisma/Kestral Radiology software system required
  • GE Viewpoint software system experience preferred

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, based on qualifications and experience.
