Ryder Reid Legal is currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Associate to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the business development function and work on a rolling week-to-week basis.

  • Expense and invoice approval in Chrome River
  • Monitoring and tracking purchase order allocations in Chrome River
  • Vendor uploads
  • Invoice entry and posting outside of Chrome River
  • Support with payments on Coutts and BACS
  • Partner draw and distribution payments
  • Monitoring cashflow and converting funds when required
  • Monthly bank reconciliations

Requirements and Benefits:

  • Hybrid work policy with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
  • Salary of up to £45,000 per annum
  • Holiday pay (accrued by the hour)
