What You Can Expect as Senior EMC Engineer

  • Technical leadership of EMC validation test programs, from small to large-scale projects
  • Supervising the setup and execution of various EMC tests, ensuring compliance with test specifications
  • Providing accurate test time estimates to support the quotation process
  • Collaborating with the EMC Technical Manager on technical improvements and accreditation activities
  • Designing and conducting non-standard tests to meet special requirements
  • Recording product condition or behavior during and after testing, creating concise and clear test records
  • Working as part of a large team to coordinate testing activities and maintain test facilities
  • Monitoring test equipment and reporting anomalies or faults
  • Working closely with clients to resolve EMC test failures through investigative work

Your Profile as Senior EMC Engineer

  • Hold a degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent qualification with a strong foundation in Physics
  • Minimum 5 years of practical test experience in a controlled test environment, working to Automotive or Aerospace test Standards
  • Familiarity with testing, monitoring, and control instruments
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping
  • Effective communication and customer interaction skills
