Recruit Wealth is representing a national Financial Planning & Wealth Management business with over 40+ offices. This business offers expert, regulated, independent advice to private clients, companies, and trustee's in all areas of Financial Planning & Wealth Management.

The successful candidate will work in the regional Worthing offices and be responsible for:

  • Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails
  • Ensuring appropriate documentation is scanned and attached to the relevant client records
  • Processing letters of authority and chasing up providers
  • Maintaining all administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date
  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND INTERACTING WITH THEM DIRECTLY
  • AARRANGING CLIENT MEETINGS FOR THE ADVISERS WHEN REQUIRED
  • PREPARING CLIENT FILES FOR ADVISER MEETINGS FOR BOTH NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS
  • PROCESSING AND MONITORING OF ALL NEW BUSINESS (BOTH FOR NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS)
  • MANAGING AND TRACKING PIPELINE ACTIVITY PROVIDING REGULAR PROGRESS UPDATES TO BOTH CLIENT AND ADVISER
  • MONITORING AND PROGRESSING CASES THROUGH TO ISSUE, LIASING WITH CLIENT AND ANY THIRD PARTY
  • ISSUING POLICY DOCUMENTS
  • GENERAL BACK-OFFICE SUPPORT USING IO SOFTWARE
  • PROVIDING SUPPORT TO OTHER STAFF WHERE NEEDED
  • LIASING WITH PARAPLANNING AND OPERATIONS TEAMS TO ASSIST WITH ANY QUERIES
