About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Quality Experience Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering feedback from service users and stakeholders to help improve the quality of adult social care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback from service users and stakeholders
  • Use data analysis skills to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Work with the Quality and Contract team to implement changes and improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Commitment to completing a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service Practitioner
  • Experience in using IT applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Awareness of safeguarding people at risk of harm
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at ease and provide advice in accurate spoken English
  • Understanding of data and ability to balance risk
