Job Title: Site Engineer Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Engineer Apprentice to join our team at Galliford Try Holdings plc. As a Site Engineer Apprentice, you will play a key role in the success of our Infrastructure projects, working closely with our experienced engineers and surveyors to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site engineering control and setting out activities, providing information to operatives and subcontractors.
  • Undertake material reconciliations and ensure all surveying equipment is calibrated.
  • Carry out as-built surveys on complete works and drawings, producing 2D & 3D site sketches.
  • Assist in maintaining quality records, ensuring all works undertaken in accordance with Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and maintaining the as-built records.
  • Assist in basic planning, monitoring & programming, controlling and minimising waste on site.
  • Read & Interpret data and drawings, demonstrating a flexible attitude to work.
  • Hold a relevant CSCS card and possess Office 365 expertise.
