Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Bucks and Berks Recruitment. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining effective communication with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage new client projects from start to delivery, ensuring ongoing management and optimization.
- Lead data collection and prepare reports to update the management team on project progress.
- Collaborate and coordinate with clients, employees, contractors, and suppliers.
- Act as a point of contact for our programme participants.
- Ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist and support the project Directors.
- Design and control the project schedule with supervision.
- Track and communicate project risks and opportunities.
- Provide administrative support.
- At least 3 years' experience as a project coordinator or project administrator, managing medium to large scale multiple projects or programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment.
- Must be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges, and thrive on success.
- Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to operate with flexibility and adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to problem solve and work proactively with a high level of attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary of £30k - £35k per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. Our office is based in Beaconsfield, and we are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
