Your New Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain great exposure and build a truly fantastic career. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting solicitors in preparing and managing case files related to road traffic accident claims, work accident claims, travel claims, and product liability claims.
  • Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information to support case strategies.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Communicating with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
  • Maintaining accurate and organised case files and documentation and assisting in all forms of trial preparation.

What You'll Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate will have a degree in law and experience in personal injury law, with a strong understanding of the litigation process. This role involves managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients. To be successful, you will need:

  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
