Exciting Opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal

We are delighted to represent a leading NI law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services surrounding personal injury claims. Their fantastic team specialises in various areas of personal injury law, including road traffic accident claims, work accident claims, travel claims, and product liability claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist solicitors in preparing and managing case files related to road traffic accident claims, work accident claims, travel claims, and product liability claims.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
  • Maintain accurate and organised case files and documentation and assist in all forms of trial preparation.
Requirements:
  • A degree in law and experience in personal injury law, with a strong understanding of the litigation process.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
